Welcome to
Human Intelligence Community!

Imagine a hybrid space – both online and in person – dedicated to those working in the fields of Human Resources, organisational development and the management of that complex system known as an ‘organisation’. It is a place designed to offer more than just a connection: it is  a place to meet and share ideas, where we can put forward suggestions and keep up to date, and discuss work and organisation in the VUCA world, co-design to play an active role within a qualified and innovative professional network.

We have chosen the name ‘Human Intelligence’ to celebrate and support the extraordinary and unique capabilities of human intelligence. This space is designed to highlight precisely those qualities that no machine can replicate, not even Artificial Intelligence, particularly in a business context and in human resources management.

To all those who dedicate their expertise in the field of Human Resources and organisational development to the continuous improvement of the working lives of staff, managers and executives; to entrepreneurs who manage that complex system known as an ‘organisation’; to university lecturers and academics who address the key issues of our community; and to journalists who report on these matters through both traditional and digital media.

The Human Intelligence Community is unique: it provides a forum for sharing the knowledge, experience and expertise gained whilst holding positions of responsibility within organisations. It is a select network of experts who reflect on issues relating to the complexities of human resources and organisational management, yet who enjoy working within organisations to see the practical impact of their ideas first-hand.

We want to stand out and set ourselves apart! Members of Human Intelligence will have the opportunity not only to share knowledge, experiences and skills, but will also be able to:

  • To address topics of common interest to the HR and organisational sectors (e.g. Artificial Intelligence, employer branding, the Great Resignation, the YOLO economy, organisational development);
  • Sharing innovative ideas through specific formats, ranging from webinars to Agorà events, from the co-editing of articles and essays to specialist panel discussions;
  • Keep up to date with trends and developments in the world of HR through expert articles and contributions from special guests, interviews with key figures in human resources, and book presentations promoting innovative ideas;
  • Engage with panels calling for action to address common or specific issues;
  • Take part in meetings with HR managers, entrepreneurs, university lecturers and consultants, thereby expanding your professional network;
  • Launch targeted calls for action in collaboration with experts in the sector and/or on the topic in question;
  • To learn about other places and to share information about one’s own.

We ask members of the community to be generous in sharing their knowledge, experience and expertise, and to:

  • Take an active part in the community’s events and initiatives;
  • To be proactive, enterprising, innovative and open-minded;
  • Make the most of every opportunity for discussion.

Together, we aim to promote professional development within the community so that its members can bring new approaches to human resources and organisational management back to their own organisations.

We’ll be discussing books to spark innovative ideas, co-producing articles and content to keep up with the times, hosting webinars and interviews on topics relevant to human resources, and we’ll also find time for online and in-person networking events to foster connections between human intelligence professionals.

Join us if you think you can make a contribution; join us if you think the contributions made by other members of the community will be useful to you.
