Straight from our Human Intelligence community, Wednesday 24 September The webinar “The keys to success in today’s and tomorrow’s competitive landscape“, hosted by Carlo Scaldarella, Associate Partner at Nomesis.
It was a meeting full of practical ideas and useful insights, which enabled us to explore in greater depth and gain a better understanding of the aspects which, now more than ever, need to be monitored in order to achieve success in business.
The discussion focused mainly on what the keys to success for businesses in a unstable environment. The importance of digitalisation, the evolution of management, strategic planning and the ability to attract young talent was highlighted. Emphasis was placed on the central role of people, both in attracting and retaining talent, and on the importance of marketing and recruitment based on hard data and modern approaches.
