DANIELA BANDERA Obtained a degree in Sociology (1979) from the Free University of Trento. She completed her university education with postgraduate studies, obtaining the Diplôme d’Études Approfondies (D.E.A., 1980) in Sociology of Work at the University of Nancy in France and, in 1989, co-founded the Nomesis Institute for Marketing Research and Solutions with other partners. She is a former national president of EWMD – European Women’s Management.
SONIA MALASPINA has been working at Danone since 2011, where she holds the position of Head of Human Resources for Italy and Greece and sits on the Board of Directors of Danone Italia. She is an advocate for care, equal opportunities and the promotion of diversity as a means of creating economic and social value. She was also a speaker at the TED Talk in Legnano in 2021 and, since 2022, has been chair of the scientific committee of the Winning Women Institute.
